Whilst most of the time we may be able to laugh about what we did the night before whilst nursing nothing more than a hangover, what if one drunken action occurs which changes lives?  A single punch can cause serious injury, paralysis, a brain injury, or death.

The ripple effect of one action will be felt by the family and friends of the victim, and the offender.

Each December we ask police forces, pubs, clubs and restaurants to display our poster, highlighting how one punch can change lives.

If you’d like to get involved, please contact us info@onepunch.org.uk,  and help us make this Christmas a safe one for everybody.
